CAM Representatives Participated in the World Cargo Symposium 2024

The World Cargo Symposium 2024 (WCS) hosted by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) was held at the Asia World Expo in Hong Kong from 12th to 14th March 2024.
The theme of this symposium focused on digitalization, sustainability, safety and security, and e-commerce cargo. It brought together more than 1,000 representatives from the aviation logistics industry around the world, included airports, civil aviation regulatory agencies, airlines, ground handling service providers, and cargo terminals operators, etc., to jointly discuss the freight development and future trends.
Through the discussions on topics such as the booming development of e-commerce, the importance of digitalization, digital technology solutions, and sustainable approaches to net-zero carbon emissions targets with other delegates, representatives from Macau International Airport Company Limited (CAM) have a deeper understanding of the development of international air logistics and hope to constantly provide good services to the air logistics industry, and to further support the diversified development of Macau economy.
Mr. Frank Wu, Director of Logistics and General Aviation Development Department (LGD) of CAM and Mr. Jim Leung, Deputy Director of LGD represented to participate in this symposium.
