HR Excellence Recognition
Introduced in 2014, the Human Resources Excellence Recognition (HRER) programme was established to acknowledge airports’ outstanding achievements in HR management within the region. Held every two to three years, the HR Excellence Recognition aims to encourage the continual exchange of best practices in HR among ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle Eastmember airports to support the development of airports through people.

Human Resources Excellence Recognition Programme 2019
The theme of HRER 2019 was “Change Management”. The results were as follows:
- Gold Recognition - Airport Authority Hong Kong
- Silver Recognition - Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd.
- Bronze Recognition - GMR Hyderabad International Airport Ltd.
