Amadeus and FCM Travel have extended their Cytric distribution agreement to include Cytric Easy. With this new agreement, FCM Travel, one of the world’s largest global travel management companies (TMCs), becomes a reseller of the innovative travel management collaboration solution embedded into Microsoft Teams.
The Microsoft outage has affected the passenger check-in service of some airlines today. All the affected departure flights have largely completed the check-in process, and the Hong Kong International Airport's (HKIA) departure hall has resumed normal operations.
Dr. Kerati Kijmanawat, President of Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT), announced that a service outage at the Navitaire Host Data Center is affecting all airlines worldwide that use the Navitaire system, preventing them from checking in passengers and making reservations at all airports. The main airlines affected are Thai Air Asia (FD) and Scoot Tiger (TR).
The independent Marine Ecology Enhancement Fund (MEEF) and Fisheries Enhancement Fund (FEF) have granted over HK$7.5 million for 12 projects, for a 12-month period from 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2025.
