The topic of rising airfare trends was one of the focal points of discussions among airport leaders during the Board Meeting of the Airports Council International Asia-Pacific & Middle East (ACI APAC & MID), hosted by Cambodia Airports, in Phnom Penh.

Due to the ongoing Phase 3A expansion work at Terminal 1, there is change in traffic movement for the vehicles leaving the T1 Departure Ramp from midnight of Monday (September 26, 2022). Any vehicle coming to T1 Departures will have to make a U-turn at the end of the Departure forecourt ramp and exit the terminal through the newly widened up-ramp to take Mehram Nagar Road for their airport exit.
On 9 October when the new METRONET Airport Line opens, the station’s link to the terminals will be via a new pedestrian ‘sky’ bridge which features a unique soundscape as well as indigenous art installations.
The amendments to the existing Map of Restricted Area Order under the Airport Authority Ordinance (Cap. 483), made to reflect the changes in the boundaries of the Restricted Area arising from the latest developments in the facilities of Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) are effective from today.
