Airports in Asia-Pacific and the Middle East regions are setting new benchmarks in passenger experience. 35 airports out of a total 95 airports globally were recognised in the prestigious 2024 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards by Airports Council International (ACI). Collectively, airports in the region won 68 awards, across categories.
The Board of ACI Asia-Pacific announced today it has appointed Mr. Stefano Baronci as Director General for Asia-Pacific. Mr. Baronci currently serves as Director of Economics at ACI World in Montreal, Canada. He will take up his new position in Hong Kong in December 2019.
