Batik Air Malaysia to Launch KIX-Taipei-Kuala Lumpur Route From January 20, 2023

Kansai Airports is pleased to announce that Batik Air Malaysia (OD) is set to launch a new route between KIX, Taipei (Taoyuan), and Kuala Lumpur on Friday, January 20, 2023.

Batik Air Malaysia is an airline based in Kuala Lumpur with a network covering Asia and Oceania, and will be the first to offer regular service to KIX. Since this is a flight via Taipei, a popular destination among Japanese, demand from KIX to both Taipei and Kuala Lumpur is expected to increase.
