GMR Hyderabad International Airport Wins ACI World’s ASQ Best Airport Award 2021

GMR Hyderabad International Airport has once again received accolades in the annual Airports Council International (ACI) Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey. Hyderabad Airport has been adjudged as the ‘Best Airport by Size and Region’ in the Asia-Pacific region for 2021, in its category of 15-25 Million Passengers Per Annum (MPPA). ACI World’s globally recognized Airport Service Quality (ASQ) program is the world’s leading airport passenger service and benchmarking programme measuring passengers’ satisfaction while they are travelling through an airport.  The ASQ survey is a measurement of passenger satisfaction, business performance, and airport service quality.

It also ranked World No. 4 in 2018 in 15 – 25 MPPA category. GMR Hyderabad International Airport has won the coveted ACI’s ASQ Departures Awards and was adjudged as the ‘Best Airport by Size and Region’ in Asia-Pacific region for both 2019 and 2020 in the 15-25 MPPA category. Recently, GMR Hyderabad International Airport was recognized with the ACI World’s ‘Voice of Customer’ recognition. This prestigious recognition has been conferred for Airport’s continuous efforts to listen to the passengers, engage and gather feedback to understand their needs and address their concerns during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic scenario.
