Macau International Airport Achieved and Upgraded to ACI Airport Customer Experience Level 3 Accreditation

Macau International Airport (MIA) is proud to announce that it has been awarded and upgraded to the Airport Customer Experience Level 3 Accreditation by Airports Council International (ACI) on 20th September 2024. This significant achievement underscores the commitment of MIA to providing an excellent and seamless experience for all passengers.

 

 

MIA takes pride for having a comprehensive customer experience strategy that ensures high-quality service at every touch point, providing a consistent and enjoyable journey from arrival to departure. Over the years, MIA has incorporated advanced technologies, such as self check-in service kiosks, E-boarding pass, virtual terminal, and real-time information systems, all aimed at streamlining processes and minimizing the waiting time. Moreover, the North Car Park and New Coach Pick-up/Drop-off area located at north side of the MIA Passenger Terminal Building were put back into service on 28th June 2024, which have further improved passenger’s comfort and convenience.

 

MIA’s commitment to the end-to-end airport services ensures that every aspect of the travel experience is meticulously addressed. From efficient services, diverse dining, shopping facilities to comfortable waiting areas and a convenient ground transport hub, MIA strives to enhance passenger experience within the airport.

This accreditation is a testament to the collaborative efforts of all stakeholders, including the Macau Special Administrative Region (SAR) Government, service providers, and airport staffs. Their continuous support and professionalism have been instrumental in achieving this honour.
