Partial Closure of Terminal Facilities - Narita International Airport

With the Government declaration of a state of emergency on Tuesday, 7 April 2020, in accordance with the “Act on Special Measures for Pandemic Influenza and New Infectious Diseases Preparedness and Response,” we have closed Runway B temporarily from Sunday, 12 April.

 

In addition, we decided to close the following terminal facilities partially at the Novel Coronavirus Response Headquarters on Saturday, 11 April. We continue to work together with all stakeholders to ensure operational safety and efficiency at the airport while also striving to prevent further spread of the pandemic.

 

From midnight Monday,  20 April 2020 JST,  until further notice, the closed facilities are

 

  • Passenger Terminal 1
    • Satellite 1
    • Satellite 4
    • Domestic flight area
  • Passenger Terminal 2
    • Satellite Building ((including the concourse from the Main Building)
