This week, the global community of airport innovators, start-ups, visionary thinkers, researchers and top tech minds gathers at Rome Fiumicino Airport for AIRPORTS INNOVATE 2024. As the roll out of their first flights continues Bonza today took to the skies, from their home base at Sunshine Coast Airport, headed for Mildura saving travellers hours and multiple flights to reach the heart of Victoria’s acclaimed Sunraysia region. This historic flight will be the first time passengers from either destination have been able to fly directly between the Sunshine Coast and Mildura and is a major milestone that will see an increase in passenger numbers arriving into the Sunshine Coast with more than 43,000 seats available between the two destinations.

The new company will begin operating on April 1, 2023.
Summer (aviation) schedule 2023 is well and truly on across India from March 26. Mangaluru International Airport is fully geared to play its part in aiding this schedule. This can be gauged from the fact that MIA up to May 31 will handle 234 weekly air traffic movements (ATMs) in the earlier part of the schedule that ends on October 28. In the latter part of the schedule from June 1, MIA will handle 242 ATMs each week.
In great news for Queenslanders, Federal Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government Minister Catherine King has granted approval for the construction of the Queensland Regional Aeromedical Base at Brisbane Airport.
