QAL group airports on the Gold Coast and in Townsville, Mount Isa and Longreach collectively facilitated 794,433 passengers in January, outstripping the previous record of 768,719 which was only set in December last year.

During the month, flight movements increased 1.9% to 35,985 while passenger throughput slightly decreased 0.9% to 6.13 million compared with the same month in 2017.
Kansai Airports is delighted to announce that Kansai International Airport will become the first scheduled-flight destination for Boeing’s newest aircraft B787-10. The aircraft will be deployed on Singapore Airlines’ KIX=Singapore route, starting operation from May 2018.
